COVID PROTOCOL

The health and safety of all participants and staff is of primary importance to Hip Hop International. HHI will respect all recommendations and guidelines set by the CDC and all state and local mandates.

HHI will collaborate with the Maricopa County Department of Health and the Arizona Grand Resort to ensure a safety-first environment. With common sense protocols working in cooperation with everyone in attendance an exciting, memorable and safe event can be anticipated.

Video/Photography Release: The undersigned grants Hip Hop International (HHI) permission to record participation on video or by photograph and to use it for promotion, advertising and public relations to include the website (www.hiphopinternational.com), in print, and/or broadcast for promotional purposes only. Such recordings are the sole property of HHI.

Waiver and Release of All Claims: As additional consideration for the participant's instructions, the undersigned participant(s), parent(s), or guardian(s) of the participant hereby releases and waives any and all claims against Hip Hop International, The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa and any and all of it's employees, contractors, volunteers, faculty, staff and sponsors for any liability including but not limited to personal and bodily injuries (including death) and by, or in the physical building of The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. The undersigned represents that the participant is in good health and does not have any history of a medical or physical condition (unless specified above) that would place the participant at risk because of his/her condition. The undersigned further acknowledges that the participant's instruction involves physical exercise and physical stress that could result in physical injury of the participant, that the participant's participation is voluntary, and that the undersigned accepts all risks arising therefrom. The undersigned understands and agrees that there are no refunds. Due to scheduling conflicts presenters and class times are subject to change.
